Research Ethics Training for Institutional Review Board Member

The Medical Education Centre for Research, Innovation and Training (MECRIT), KGUMSB has organized the Research Ethics Training for Institute Review Board (IRB) Member of KGUMSB for 5 days from 15-19 July 2019 at Hotel Holiday Home, Paro with funding support from Bhutan foundation.
The training was organized to  build the capacity of the IRB members to review research proposals and provide ethical clearance and scientific guidance where required. The training was provided by Professor Kaveh Khoshnood from Yale School of Public Health and also resource person from Ministry of Health and KGUMSB.
The participants were Institue Review Board Members of KGUMSB and new members of REBH, Ministry of Health.
